UserFriendlyApps operates userfriendlyapps.com and the tools accessible under it: the Vacation Planner, the Doomsday Prep manual, the Azure certification study bank, and the Fork Poker game. Contact: support.
Most of the tools work without any account. When you visit one of them for the first time, your browser is issued an anonymous session identifier so your answers, checklist, or quiz history stay attached to your browser between visits. We do not ask for, and do not receive, your name, email address, or physical address as part of that identifier.

Each tool sets a single first-party session cookie so that your answers persist across visits. The tools do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
The vacation planner pages (the tool at /vacation/ and the /about-vacation.html landing page) load one script from our travel affiliate partner, Stay22, at scripts.stay22.com. Stay22 rewrites the "Find hotels" button so that if you go on to book, the referral is credited to us. Stay22 may set its own cookies for that purpose. The other tools (Doomsday Prep, Azure Cert Prep, Fork Poker) and the splash page load no third-party scripts.
Affiliate networks may also drop a tracking cookie when you click one of their links. Those cookies belong to the network, not to us.
We use our own server logs and first-party browser measurements to understand which pages are useful. Browser measurements record the page category, time visible, estimated active time and interaction counts. They do not record typed text, form answers, screenshots or financial information.
A random identifier in browser storage lasts up to 30 days and helps estimate return visits on this website. A separate tab identifier groups visits after a 30-minute inactivity limit. The engagement database stores keyed hashes of those identifiers, not raw IP addresses or account identities, and removes measurements older than 90 days during hourly cleanup when new activity arrives. Existing server logs and other service records are separate from this engagement database.
Time stops counting as active when the page is hidden, loses focus or has no observed interaction for 60 seconds. Browser signals and bot filtering are estimates, not proof of a person's identity or enjoyment. Measurements respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track when enabled. You can also exclude this browser from future engagement reports; repeat that choice on other devices and website domains. This preference uses browser storage and a first-party preference cookie.
We do not sell information to advertisers. We do not run banner ad networks on this site.
Each anonymous tool offers a "Delete My Data" control that removes your record on our side. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from any email using the one-click link in the footer of that email. If you would like us to remove or provide a copy of information tied to your Fork Poker account or newsletter subscription, email [email protected].
UserFriendlyApps is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
This site is operated from the United States and is not targeted at visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If you use it from those regions, your information is processed in the United States.
